Farafoot Bushcraft & Survival is based on 16,000 acres of varied woodland and upland moorland on the Burwarton Estate of Lord Boyne in South Shropshire, with its HQ and Activity Centre at the HORSA hut in the village of Burwarton. This unique site amongst the Shropshire Hills AONB (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) is a remote, upland rural location that contains a diverse number of habitats. Therefore, Farafoot is able to offer a wide range of dynamic bushcraft and survival courses, moving between different locations, tailored to adults and children of all ages and abilities. Farafoot's HQ and Activity Centre (the HORSA hut, Burwarton) is equipped for indoor tuition and activities to augment the outdoor courses on offer.
The company was initially conceived by Nick Davenport back in 2010 and it was him that approached Andrew Primrose to start up the Farafoot.
